CODE-TWO is selective when it comes to accepting attorney advertisers. Naturally, however, each attorney listed is responsible for his or her practice and CODE-TWO does not endorse or recommend any attorney. We also do not provide legal advice or intervene in the relationship between our members and counsel. That being said, our focus is to develop the only national network of attorneys in a variety of practice areas who are committed to protecting the rights of law enforcement. To ensure such, we require every attorney listed in the CODE-TWO directory to answer "YES" to the following five questions:
- Are you committed to protecting the legal rights of law enforcement officers?
- Will you consider reducing your fee to law enforcement officers or handle two officer-related cases per year on a pro bono basis?
- Have you been practicing law for at least five years?
- Are you willing to contribute to our monthly newsletter, The C2 Dispatch, from time to time to discuss legal issues important to CODE-TWO members?
- Are you willing to donate a few hours of your time each year to present legal issues related to your practice area with local law enforcement organizations/unions?
